How to Delete Your Account

At Blu Vision, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow the instructions below.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including case files, documents, and account information, will be permanently removed from our systems.

Deletion Methods

Method 1: Email Request

  1. Send an email to our support team from your registered email address
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your full name and phone number for verification
  4. Specify that you want to permanently delete your account and all data
  5. Our team will process your request and confirm deletion

Method 2: In-App Request

  1. Log into your Blu Vision account
  2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. Select "Delete Account" option
  4. Follow the verification steps
  5. Confirm your deletion request

Processing Timeline

Within 7 Business Days

Your account deletion request will be processed and completed within 7 business days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Case files and legal documents
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Usage history and analytics data
  • Any stored payment information
  • Communication history with support

Note: Some information may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by applicable laws, but will not be used for any other purpose.

Before You Delete

Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:

  • Download any important documents or case files you want to keep
  • Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
  • Consider deactivating your account temporarily instead of permanent deletion
